The original mixed media collage this image was based on was born out of a desire to find the perfect Easter card for my parents. You may have been in a similar situation recently; in fact, it may be why you are here today! As discerning individuals who value creativity and the unexpected, they simply weren’t pleased with any of the box store offerings and I thought with a little ingenuity, I could create a blank greeting card that pleased the eye and the spirit. Struck with inspiration, I set off to create a spring card that would combine the bright, bold, and beautiful colors of warm weather with the sunny sentiment that today is truly a wonderful day.
