There’s no need to spin your wheels in frustration the next time you are stuck with a quandary. As frustrating as it can be, dilemmas are a necessary part of the human experience and, if approached with an open mind and heart, will lead you to lessons that will enrich you beyond your greatest imagination.

When you are stuck in a rut, literally or figuratively, there may be thought patterns that do little more than make you question your own self-worth, but this prayer card is here to remind you that you are never truly stuck. The truth is that when we are struggling to find our direction we are given an opportunity to pause, evaluate, and overcome.

This prayer card features the following specifications:

Title:  Stuck

Measurements: 5 x 7 inches

The original mixed media collage was handcrafted using a combination of acid-free glue, magazine pictures, and embellishments and has been elevated to include the following meditation:

Right now, I feel immobilized by my emotions.  I am afraid.  I’m down on myself.  I tell myself to move and I can’t.

I know deep in my heart that berating myself is not the answer.  I am not weak or incapable; I am simply stuck in this moment, unable to choose my direction.

I ask for divine assistance right now, to see and know with clarity my next steps, so that I may move in the direction of my true self.

May I transcend the flood of emotions that I am experiencing now and move forward with grace and ease - remembering, forgiving, and gently working with my human-ness.
